Co-founded by Edward Pantzer, and Bradford Billet, the Police, Fire, and EMS' Council of 100 is a distinguished division of the East Hampton Village Foundation, created to strengthen the bond between our community and its dedicated public safety professionals.

The Council of 100 hosts one exclusive, invitation-only membership events each year—the Holiday Dinner and the Spring Dinner. These elegant and celebratory evenings recognize members for their generous support while providing an intimate setting to connect with Town police officers, firefighters, and their significant others.

Recognizing Elite Donors

Established in 2026, the Chairman's Circle was created to honor individuals, and organizations whose annual contributions make a meaningful impact on the Police, Fire, & EMS Council's mission. 

Through their extraordinary generosity, Chairman's Circle members play a vital role in advancing essential programs and initiatives that support the Village of East Hampton's Police, Fire, and EMS Departments and the dedicated first responders who protect our community. 

The Foundation honors these distinguished supporters with special recognition at exclusive, invitation-only events, private member gatherings, and through featured acknowledgement in Foundation publications and materials.

The East Hampton Village Foundation is dedicated to Communities and public safety enhancement. The Council is our proactive approach to serving first responders and securing the community through strategic public safety initiatives in East Hampton Village.

Our objectives are clear:

Elevate public safety with cutting-edge technology and equipment for our departments.

If needed, provide crucial financial assistance to first responders and their families in times of need. Educate our community on emergency prevention, making safety a shared responsibility.

Your Impact on Police, Fire, and EMS Departments.

With your support, the East Hampton Village Foundation can supplement the funding needs of our public safety departments. This includes advanced training, state-of-the-art equipment, and meeting critical needs beyond their regular budgets.

Looking ahead, our ambitions are grand, and our determination is unwavering to keep adding more signature community events that align with our mission, increasing Public Safety, improving our community’s access to state-of-the-art life-saving equipment and best-trained first responders, and improving the quality of life of our visitors and residents. Some of the funding needs and initiatives include a New Ambulance ($600,000), a Joint Police Emergency Service Tactical Response Vehicle.

($950,000), Police Motorcycles (74,000), Portable Ventilators ($80,000), and other Emergency Service needs. We also want to support the Police officers, Firefighters, EMS and other Emergency Service personnel in Training and assistance.
